Franco-Cameroonian, 39, expat mum living in Poland. And yes — I've been through it.

In the space of a few years, I lost my mum and my dad, within a year of each other.

I went through a divorce, finalised in 2024. I raised my son, largely on my own, in a country that wasn't mine. I rebuilt myself from the ground up — far from family, far from home, far from the version of myself I thought I knew.

And I did it. Not perfectly. Not without tears, doubt, or the occasional complete falling apart. But I did it — with coaching, therapy, somatic work, journaling, movement, and a lot of learning to trust myself again.

That's why I created Laëti Sans Filtre.

Not because I have all the answers. But because I know what it feels like to be in the middle of the storm — exhausted, invisible, unsure who you are anymore. And I know that with the right support, the right tools, and someone genuinely in your corner, things shift.

I work with women going through separation, divorce, motherhood, or any major life transition — women who are ready to stop surviving and start rebuilding. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply practical. No toxic positivity here, no pretending it's all fine. Just honest, gentle, powerful work — at your pace.
