  • We identify your values ​​and standards: What does really matter to you? What are your limits? We want to clarify all of this and redefine what is essential.

  • We're moving beyond the victim mentality: Here, we gradually regain control and reconnect with our personal power. You are the heroine of your own story; it's time to be the leading caractere of your life again!

  • We create feel good rituals: Concrete, gentle, and achievable to help you refocus every day. (No, you don't need to meditate for two hours a day at dawn on a mountain, I promise.)

  • We draw a vision aligned with YOU: Through visualization exercises, a little breathing and activities chosen by you (sport, dance, yoga, knitting, it doesn't matter as long as it makes you feel good), you will imagine a future that look like you and that makes you want to go all in.
